摘要
应用核素示踪技术研究了柑桔对45Ca的吸收与运转规律。结果表明:柑桔对土壤中的钙不仅吸收利用率低,而且很难进入果实;柑桔果皮和叶片对钙有根强的吸收能力;表面活性剂和氨基酸有利于增加叶片和果皮对钙的吸收;钙可在木质部中上下运转,并可在韧皮部和木质部之间相互转移,但各个方向转移的比例不同;进入果实的钙在一定程度是存在着“倒流”入叶的现象,叶片中吸收的钙可重新分配至植株的其它部位。
Using stasuma as material,the absorption,translocation and distribution ofCalcium were studied with45Ca trancing technique.The results are as follows:Ca2+uptake bystasuma roots was fairly low,and little Ca2+ entered fruits.The peels and leaves could easilyabsorb Ca2+ directly,and surface-active agent Tween 80 or glutamic acid enhanced Ca2+ ab-sorption;Ca2+could be translocated up and down within xylem,and between xylem andphloem;however,the proportion of Ca2+ transported differed.Reverse flow of Ca2+occurredin fruit so did in leaf.
