布什第一任期的外交政策多处突破了传统外交理论,国际形势因此发生了巨大的变化。布什第二任期的外交政策关乎着国际局势的下一步走向。伊朗政策是其“大中东倡议”的重要组成部分。本文通过对美伊对抗的由来、美国面临的国际国内形势等因素的分析,以美军事打击伊朗的可能性为切入点,对布什政府第二任期的伊朗政策走向做出了初步的判断。

During Bush＇s first administration,the international simation experienced dramatic changes as a result of his foreign policy that breached the traditional diplomatic principles in many aspects.Bush＇s foreign policy in the second term will strongly affect the direction of the world situation.The Iran policy is an important part of the American “Great Middle East lnitiative”.With the possibility of American military attack on Iran as the focus of analysis,this paper provides an assumption on this issue on the basis of an observation of the US-Iran rivalry,the current international and American domestic situation.
