完善职业培训体系保障条件的思考

vocational training system is a complete body which comprises all kinds of training.It is very urgent that we develop and consummate the vocational training system. Currentlly, the factors which influence the vocational training system involve the attitude of the government, the demand of the labor market, the legal system and the investment, social dependence etc. To guarantee the vocational training system stably, we should enhance the governmental support, legislate the relevant statute, give more investment and we should attach importance to the combine of the power of the government, society, enterprise and the training institution.
