摘要
通过时代发展对人才要求的分析，阐述了构建高校学生素质教育结构体系的紧迫性。重点对怎样构建高校学生素质教育结构体系，即对“构建”的指导思想、基本原则、内容、方法和途径作详细的探讨和论述。
The paper expounds the urgency of constructing the structural system of quality education for college students, and lays emphasis on analyzing and expatiating how to construct the structural system of quality education for college students, that is, the guiding thoughts, basic principals, contents, and methods, in accordance with the need og the present age.
