摘要
从低温(—20℃)贮藏的玉米花粉中分离出的生活精细胞,其产量随贮藏时间的延长而降低。但是,从-20℃贮藏24h以内的花粉,仍可分离到相当数量的生活精细胞。以新鲜花粉作对照,从贮藏8h的花粉分离生活精细胞,相对产量可达64%
Although the yield of viable sperm cell of Zea mays L.decreases with the cryopreserving time of pollen at -20℃,certain amount of the viable sperm cells could still be obtained from the frozen pollen within 24 hours.The relative sperm yield from the pollen stored at -20℃ for 8 hours could reach about 64%,compared with that from fresh pollen.
