初发、再发性高原肺水肿3种活性物质的研究 被引量:1

Study on the Plasma VEGF,ALD and CNP Level in Patients Suffering from Primary and Recurrent High Altitude Pulmonary Edema

摘要 目的:探索高原肺水肿(HAPE)血浆C型钠尿肽(CNP)、醛固酮(ALD)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化及意义。方法:28例HAPE分为初发性HAPE(pHAPE)18例和再发性HAPE(rHAPE)10例两组;ELISA法测定VEGF;RIA法测定ALD、CNP,数据以x±s表示,t检验分析。结果:pHAPE治疗前的VEGF、ALD、CNP及rHAPE的ALD、CNP高于治疗后,rHAPE的VEGP、ALD、CNP值均高于pHAPE,P<0.01、P<0.05。结论:急性缺氧诱导了VEGF、ALD、CNP分泌,在rHAPE是更显著的。它们在HAPE的发病中可能发挥了关键性作用,也是重返高原再次发生HAPE的重要原因,CNP的增加具有抗肺动脉高压,起内源性保护作用。 Objective: To explore the change and significance of plasma Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Aldostcronc ( ALD ) and C -type natriuretic peptide( CNP )level in patients suffering from primary and recurrent High Altitude Pulmonary Edema(pHAPE and rHAPE). Methods: 28 cases d HAPE were divided into a pHAPE( 18 cases)and a rHAPE( 10 cases), The VEGF level was determined by ELISA,the ALD,CNP levels were determined by RIA. The results were shown a x ±s and statistically analysed by t-test. Results: The VEGF,ALD ,CNP of pHAPE and the ALD,CNP of rHAPE were higher between two groups at before therapy, VEGF,ALD and CNP concentration of rHAPE were also higher than which of pHAPE,P 〈0.01 、P 〈0.05 and there was greatly significant and significant difference. Conclusions: Acute hypoxia may induce VEGF ,ALD and CNP to secrete highly, all of which were more obvious in the rHAPE, Increase of VEGF and ALD level suggests that it play a crucial role in the pathologic of HAPE,it is possible an important cause also to occur HAPE again that human body enter high altitude again . Increase of CNP can be ant - pulmonary artery hypertension and that play an endogenous pretectal role for HAPE.
