银杏叶片对高原人体运动血乳酸及血氨的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Folium Ginkgo on Plasma Level of Ammo and Lactic Acid of Human After Exercise at High Altitude

摘要 目的:探讨银杏叶片、酪氨酸冲剂和红景天对高原人体力竭运动血乳酸(BLA)及血氨(Am-mo)的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3700m高原半年的30名健康青年随机分为银杏叶片组、红景天组和酪氨酸组,每组10人。在服药前、服药第15天分别采用功率自行车进行渐增负荷运动至力竭,测定血清中BLA、Ammo含量。结果:3组青年运动后较安静时BLA、Ammo均增高,有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。服药后较服药前BLA、Ammo降低,有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。结论:银杏叶片、酪氨酸冲剂和红景天均能增强高原机体能量代谢,提高机体的有氧运动能力,加速运动性疲劳的恢复。 Objective: To compare the effect of folium ginkgo, Tyrosine and Bholida on blood level of Ammo and lactic acid (LA) of human after exercise at high altitude. Methods: 30 health adults (aged 18 -26 years), who have stayed at 3 700m high altitude for half year; were randomly divided into Folium Ginkgo group, Bholida group and Tyrosine group, 10 persons each. Level of amino and LA were measured before and 15 days take drug and underwent exhaustive exercise. Results: The level of ammo and BLA were higher after exercise than that in rest (P 〈0.01 ). After take drug the level of Amino and BLA was lower than before (P 〈0.01 ). No difference among the three groups. Conclusions: Folium ginkgo, Tyrosine and Rholida can increase the energy metabolism of human, advance aerobics ability and accelerate physical strength resume after fatigued exercise at high altitude.
