摘要
目的:研究西宁地区正常人脑血流动力学参数的特点。方法:应用TCD技术检测西宁地区不同年龄段正常人群(n=432)的脑动脉,获得6项血流动力学参数,测算均值(x)和标准差(s),各参数与年龄间的关系用Pearson相关分析,用独立样本t检验分析男女差异。结果:获得西宁地区20岁~85岁正常人TCD结果,各参数均值与年龄呈线性关系,流速参数与年龄呈负相关,VM(平均流速)的r=-0.417^-0.562,P=0.000,PI(搏动指数)和RI(阻力指数)与年龄呈正相关,PI的r=0.327~0.466,P=0.000。结论:西宁地区正常人脑动脉血流速度随着年龄的增长而逐渐下降,搏动参数随年龄增长而逐渐升高。
Objective: To research and analysis the characteristics of cerebral blood dynamics parameters of healthy persons at various age section in Xining. Methods: A total of 432 healthy subjects aged 28 to 85 years in Xining were enrolled in this study. Six cerebral blood dyvamics parameters, VP,VE,VM = [Vp +2 VE]/3 ,S/D = VP/VE,PI = [VP-VE]/VM and RI = [ VP- VE]/VP, were detected by TCD. The mean (x±s) and reference ranges were analyzed. The data were calculated by software SPSS 11.5. Results: There was a negative correlation between Vm and age range (VM r = -0.417 ~ -0.562,P =0.000) ; in contrast between both PI and RI and age range (PI r =0.327 ~0. 466,P =0.000). Conclusions: The speed of cerebral blood in healthy persons becomes lower with increasing age in Xining; in contrast, the pulsatility parameters.
