面罩无创通气在胸心血管外科的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨面罩无创通气在胸心血管外科的临床应用效果.方法 20例心血管、肺、食管疾病患者行手术治疗,术后拔除气管内插管后发生呼吸衰竭,于拔除气管内插管1～39 h实施了面罩无创通气,观察通气前、通气中以及撤离面罩后的呼吸相关生理参数变化.结果患者经面罩无创通气后的呼吸相关生理参数与通气前比较有明显好转(P＜0.01).结论面罩无创通气能有效改善患者的呼吸状态,促进呼吸、循环系统功能的恢复.
