动物GH基因和前GH—级结构的比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文依据大量文献资料较系统的综合分析了动物GH基因和前GH的一级结构及其物种间存在的保守住和变异性。结果表明:朋基因有5或6个外显子,其cDNA长度一般为800-1200hp;前GH的信号肽和成熟肽分别为16-27和186—191个氨基酸。外显子的数目和大小在不同纲动物间存在较强的保守性。哺乳纲动物间和鸟纲动物间在基因长度、外显子数目和大小、内含子大小、碱基组成、5’端和3’端非编码序列、局部减基序列、前GH的氨基酸数目和序列等方面存在着很强的同源性,鱼纲动物间这种同源性表现较弱;同纲内分类地位越接近的物种其同源性越强;哺乳钢与鸟纲动物间有一定的保守性。动物GH基因和前GH的一级结构具有种的特异性,物种间在基因及其内含子的长度以及前GH的氨基酸数目上的变异似乎与物种的进化程度有关。 The primary structure of GH gene and pre-GH of animals, and theirconseryation and variation betweeu species were studied in this paperl on thebasis of many literatures. The results have showed as follows: GH genes had 5 or6 extrons, their cDNA had 800-1200bp of length; the signal peptides and maturepeptides of Fre-GH had 16-27 and 186-191 amino acids respectiyely. The amount andlength of extrons between classes had a high legree of conservation. In speciesof mammalia and Aves, the length of gene、the amount and length of extrons, thelength of introns, base composition, 5'and 3' terminus noncoding regins, partialbase sequences, the amount and sequence of amino acides of Fre-GH had a highdegree of homology, but low degree of lomology in class Pistes; the more closedthe taxonomical positions of sFecies in the same class,ere, the more bomologicalthe structure was; animal s between mammalia and Aves bad some conservation. Theprimary structure of GH gene and Fre-GH had the specificity of species. Thevariation between species in the lengths of gene and extion and in the amountsof amino acides of pre-GH was possibly in relation to the evolution of species.
