摘要
为了解尼群地平的降压作用与升高下丘脑γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量之间可能存在的因果关系,我们观察了6种不同作用机理的抗高血压药治疗20周对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)下丘脑GABA含量的影响。结果表明,所有6种药物在降低血压的同时,均不同程度地升高下丘脑GABA含量。且静脉注射尼群地平的降压作用不为荷包牡丹碱所拮抗。提示下丘脑GABA含量的升高是一种继发于血压降低的适应性改变。
To investigate the possible relationship between decreased blood pressure and increased content of γ-amino butyric acid (GABA) in hypothalamus induced by nitrendipine,we observed the changes in the content of GABA in hypothalamus of SHR treated by six antihypertensive agents with different mechanisms(atenolol,captopril,dihydralazine,hydrochlorothiazide ,nitrendipine,prazosin) for twenty weeks.It was found that all the six antihypertensive agents increased the content of GABA in hypothalamus as well as decreased systolic blood pressure. And bicucullinc did not attenuate the effect of intravenous nitrendipine on blood pressure. These results suggest that the increase of the content of GABA in hypothalamus is secondary to the decrease of blood pressure.
