Strengthening river course management in line with legal provisions

《河道管理条例》颁布实施后,河道管理工作在确权划界、管理范围内建设项目管理、采砂管理等方面都取得了很大的成绩,但同时,还存在着法律法规不严谨,管理措施不规范,基础工作薄弱,监督检查不力等问题,对今后如何加强河道管理工作提出建议和措施。

After the enforcement of River Course Management Regulation, great achievement has been made in the allocation of right and obligation, management of construction project and sand excavation. On the other hand, problems exist such as inoperativeness of legal provisions, unsystematic management measures, weakness of basic work and supervision. Therefore recommendations and measures are given for strengthening river course management.
