氨力农对小儿危重型先心病术后血液动力学的临床效应

Clinical Effect on Postoperative Critical Children's Congenital Heart Diseases by Amrinone

评估氨力农在小儿危重型先心病术后应用的临床价值。方法：选择术后应用氨力农的小儿危重型先心病３２例，平均年龄４．８±０．７岁，体重１１．８±２．３ｋｇ，使用时间４．２±０．７天，剂量６．６±０．４μｇ／ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ^（－１），并观察血液动力学各参数变化。结果：２～５小时后临床症状、心功能明显改善，肺动脉压力均有不同程度恢复，但不增加心肌耗氧量。结论：氨力农对小儿危重型先心病术后血液动力学改善具有重要的临床意义。

Objective : Estimating the clinical value of amrinone in the critical children's congenital heart diseases (CHD) after operation. Methods. This article reported 32 cases blood dynamics of critical children's CHD which were severe and treated by Amrinone (AR). All cases aged 4. 8±0.7 years and weighed 11.8±2.3kg.The mean time of medication was 4. 2±0.7 days and the dosage 6. 6±0. 4μg/kg·min. In the mean time, we oberseved the change of blood dynamic index, Results: The clinical apperance and cardiac output had been obviously improved and AR decreased pre-or post-load including pulmonary artery pressure after 2￣5hours, but it did not increase the myocardium oxygen consumption.Conclution: AR has great clinical importance in the improvement of postoperative blood dynamics of critical children's CHD.
