Congenital Lobar Emphysema:A Report of 7 Cases

报告１１年间手术治愈７例先天性肺叶气肿，其中年龄最小者仅２５天，≤６个月者５例。所有病儿均行肺叶切除术，有６例为急诊手术，无早期或晚期死亡。作者重点讨论了诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗，认为急诊切除婴幼儿病肺是唯一的有效治疗措施。

Congenital lobar emphysema is a relatively rare disease which also bears the name limited tension emphysema or progressive lobar emphysema.This paper presents surgical treatment for 7cases of congenital lobar emphysema from June 1982 to Oct 1993. The smallest patient was only 25 days old and the other were<6months.There was no early or late death. The author discussed briefly diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of congenital lobar emphysema.It is considered that emergency lobectomy is the only effective treatment.
