摘要
本文较深入地论述了用于测量轴承振动的传感器系统的特性,建立了力学模型。通过分析及实验指出,采用线接触形式比用点接触形式性能好。文章对传感器的材料、接触力的大小及新设计的传感器系统达到的性能也作了介绍。
The features of the sensor system for measurement of bearing vibration acceleration are described in detail and the mechanical model is established. It is shown that the behaviour of the system using line contacting is better than that of point contacting. The materials of the transducer, the magnitude of the contacting force and the features of the newly designed sensor are also introduced.
