摘要
用自制胎肝细胞质液(FLC)对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能(RCIA)的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在血清滴度1:8时,对照组与各实验组比较,阳性率均有显著性差异(P<0.01),提示PLC可提高小鼠RCIA功能。
The effect on red cell immune adherence (RCIA)was studied by fetal liver cy-tosol(FLC)in mice. The results indicated that FLC could significantly increase positive percent rate of each experimental group compared with control (P<0. 01) when titre was 1 : 8. It suggested that FLC could rise RCIA in mice.
