经尿道输尿管切除术（附7例报告）

Transurethral Ureterectomy

介绍经尿道输尿管切除术，其方法为肾切除后在膀胱镜下插入橄榄头输尿管导管，并将输尿管内翻套叠于膀胱，用电切镜切除输尿管，然后将输尿管拖出尿道外。采用该法治疗７例肾盂及输尿管肿瘤等病变，结果均获成功。并结合输尿管解剖特征就出血、漏尿等问题进行了讨论，认为该术式免去了一处切口，效果满意，无并发症，简单易行。

Transurethral ureterectomy was carriedout in our hospital since March 1994.The ureter was intussuscepted into the bladder by transurethral traction on a cone-tip ureteral catheter that had been attached to the cephalad end of the ureter after the kidney was removed.Then the ureter was cut at the level of the ureteral orifice by a resectoscope.The ureter was en bloc pull out at last.The resulfsof the seven procedures were fully succussful.Bleeding, extravasation of urine and precaution were discussed.The technique is characteristic of sparing of an abdominal incision,good results,no complications and simplicity.
