宫颈不典型鳞状上皮细胞201例的临床研究

Evaluation of the PAPNET cytologic screening systeem on the cases of atypical squamous cells Of undetermined significance

目的在宫颈不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)病人管理中评价计算机辅助细胞学检测系统的作用。方法应用CCT结合阴道镜下病理活检,对201例ASCUS患者进行检测、随访。结果58.71%(118/201)的ASCUS病例为慢性宫颈炎,23.88%(48/201)为HPV感染,33.33%(16/64)的HPV感染者伴宫颈上皮内病变(CIN),3例腺癌;全部患者随访3～24个月,194例ASCUS病变消退,7例合并HPV感染者CIN病变未消退且ASCUS持续阳性,1例转为LSIL。结论对ASCUS患者需分类管理,合并HPV感染者必须及时治疗,定期复查CCT对早期发现宫颈癌有重要意义。

Objectives To evaluate the application of computer cytological test（CCT） on the cases of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance（ASCUS）. Methods 201cases of ASCUS were detected and followed up by CCT and pathological examination. Results Out of 58.71%（118/201）cases, were cervitis, 23, 88%（48/201） were HPV infection, in which33.33%（16/48） cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. 3 cases adenocarcinoma, rhe lesions regressed in 194 ASCUS cases within 3424 months, and not in 7 cases with HPV infection ,one cases with low-grade Spuamous Intraepithelial Lesion, Conclusion the ASCUS shold be classified, the patients with HPV infection are expected to be treated as soon as possible, CCr may be an important method of prophylaxis and treatment of early cervical carcinoma.
