摘要
目的探讨提高患者对护理服务满意度的方法。方法通过运用美国心理学家斯金纳提出的强化理论,以开展患者评选最满意与最不满意护士活动作为刺激来干预护士行为,活动前后发放护理工作满意度调查表,收集统计对比活动前后患者对护理服务满意度的情况。结果开展活动后,患者对护理服务质量的满意度明显提高(P<0.01)。结论引入激励机制,通过运用美国心理学家斯金纳提出的强化理论,以开展患者评选最满意与最不满意护士活动作为刺激来干预护士行为,可以提高护士的服务水平,提升患者对护理服务质量的满意度。
Objective Explore the method to increase the patient, s approval level of the nursing service. Methods Passing to use the consolidated theory that is put forward by the United States psychologist Skinner, and use the activity of opening the patients appraise the most satisfactory nurse and the most dissatisfactory nurse as the stimulation to interfere the nurse, s behavior, issue the nursing work approval level form before the activity and after the activity, collect statistics to contrast the situation of the nursing service approval level before the activity and after the activity. Results After opening the activity, the patients increase obviously the approval level of the nursing service quantity (P〈0.01). Conclusions Leading the encourage mechanism, passing to use the consolidated theory that is put forward by the United States psychologist Skinner, and use the activity of opening the patients appraise the most satisfactory nurse and the most dissatisfactory nurse as the stimulation to interfere the nurse, s behavior,can increase the nurse, s service level, promote the patient, s approval level of the nursing service quanty.
