不同性别的兔髌腱、跟腱及屈趾肌腱生物力学特性测试 被引量:1

摘要 本文以3.5%的应变值对雌、雄性成年日本大耳白兔髌腱、跟腱、屈趾肌腱进行25次循环加载和应力松驰以及断裂试验。对不同性别三种肌腱的归一化滞后环面积、循环蠕变、归一化应力松驰、应力松驰衰减因子、弹性特征、结构及材料力学参数进行了测定和比较;发现三种肌腱性别之间的粘弹性及断裂特性无明显差异,因此作者认为在选用免肌腱作生物力学实验时可不考虑性别;而肌腱之间的粘弹性和结构力学、材料力学特性相差甚远,作用认为这是由于功能适应的结果,符合Wollf定律。 The purpose of the paper is to investigate the biomechanical properties of patellar, Achilles and flexor tendons in male and female rabbits. The cyclic tensile, relaxation and tensile failure experiments were performed on the preparations of patellar, Achilles and flexor tendons from male and female rabbits. The characteristics of normalized hysteresis loop, cyclic creep, normalized relaxation, shape parameter of relaxation, elastic behavior, structural properties and material properties of the preparations were measured and compared between the different tendons and sexes. The results revealed that there were no significant difference between the female and male, so the tendons of rabbits of both sexes can be used in the identical experiment of biomechanics. The difference of viscoelastic, structural and material propertics between the preparations was very significant. These features reflect the adaptation of the preparations to its innate functions, which conforms to wollf's law.
