摘要
为探讨血小板激活因子(PAF)与低氧性肺动脉高压的关系,作者观测了15只常压低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠模型的肺血流动力学指标及血中PAF水平的变化。发现经低氧处理后,大鼠的肺动脉压、右心作功指数及血中PAF水平升高,与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.02),提示PAF可能在低氧所致肺动脉高压的发病过程中发挥一定的作用。
Because hypoxia is a known predisposing factor for pulmonary hypertension, we investigated the effects of hypoxia and platelet activating factor (PAF) on the development of pulmonary hypertension in rats. Male Wistar rats were made hypoxic by placing them in a isobaric hypoxic chambar (O a=10%) for 3 weeks; the rats developed pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy. We found that PAF level in blood of rats were significantely elevated at 2 3 weeks of hypoxia (280.8±119.7ng/ml and 324.2±67.6ng/ml vs 148.3±60.2ng/ml). Therefore, we conclude that PAF plays a central role in mediating hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension.
