摘要
经试验,用注射器、20μl移液器与0.1ml微量吸管所滴枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞菌悬液(10μl),回收菌量在平均值±10%范围内者分别占样本数的86.6%、85.0%与41.7%。其可重复性,以前两者为优。
The error of bacterial count in 10 μl bacterial suspension pipetted with different apparatus in preparing bacterial carrier was observed experimentally.In the experiment,the drops(about 1 0μl)of suspension of Bacillius subtilis var.niger spores taken with 1.0 ml syringe with gauge-6 needle,20 μl micropipette and 0. 1 ml pipette were cultured for living bacteria which were then counted. The results indicated that the drops with a bacterial count within mean ± 10% accounted for 86.6%,85.0% and 41.7% of the samples taken with the three apparatus respectively.In 5 experiments, the repeatability of the results using syringe and 20 μl micropipotte was better than that using 0. 1 ml pipette.
