健乐牌清洗消毒剂和消毒纸巾对HBsAg消毒效果的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF JIANLE DISINFECTING DETERGENT AND DISINFECTION TISSUE IN DESTROYING HBsAg

经检测，用健乐牌清洗消毒剂（以含二氯异氰尿酸钠与表面活性剂为主）的０．２５％溶液喷雾或擦拭，作用３０分钟可将木板、瓷砖表面的ＨＢｓＡｇ破坏。消毒纸巾（主要浸有洗必泰醇溶液）擦拭３分钟可将皮肤表面滴度为１：３２的ＨＢｓＡｇ破坏。

It was observed that spray or wipe with 0. 25 % solution of Jianle disinfecting detergent (containing mainly sodium dichloroisocyanurate and surfactant) could destroy HBsAg on the surface of board or glazed tile in 30 min. Wipo with disinfection tissue(impregnated mainly with chlorhexidine alcohol solution) could destroy HBsAg at a titer of 1:32 on the skin after contact for 3 min.
