静脉普鲁卡因复合麻醉对肺内分流量影响的实验研究

摘要 研究了普鲁卡因静脉复合全麻对实验犬肺内分流(Qs/Qt)的影响。结果提示:普鲁卡因可使平均动脉压(MAP)、心输出量(CO)显著降低(P<0.05),但并不引起Qs/Qt的改变(P>0.05)。氧传递(O2d)虽有下降,但同时伴有氧耗(VO2)的下降,动静脉氧分压差(a-vDO2)保持不变,表明普鲁卡因不造成对机体氧的供需平衡的干扰。 The effects of intravenous procaine compound anesthesia on pulmonary venous admixture (Qs/Qt)in dogs were studied. It was found that procaine induced a decreasing in mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and cardiac output (CO)(P<0.05).With the O2 delivery (O2d) decreasing,the volume of O2 consumption (VO2) reduced, and the a-v deference of oxygen partial pressure (a-v DO2) was unchanged. These results suggest that procaine does not interfere the balance between O2d and VO2.
