摘要
研究了普鲁卡因静脉复合全麻对实验犬肺内分流（Ｑｓ／Ｑｔ）的影响。结果提示：普鲁卡因可使平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）、心输出量（ＣＯ）显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），但并不引起Ｑｓ／Ｑｔ的改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。氧传递（Ｏ２ｄ）虽有下降，但同时伴有氧耗（ＶＯ２）的下降，动静脉氧分压差（ａ－ｖＤＯ２）保持不变，表明普鲁卡因不造成对机体氧的供需平衡的干扰。
The effects of intravenous procaine compound anesthesia on pulmonary venous admixture (Qs/Qt)in dogs were studied. It was found that procaine induced a decreasing in mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and cardiac output (CO)(P＜0.05).With the O2 delivery (O2d) decreasing,the volume of O2 consumption (VO2) reduced, and the a-v deference of oxygen partial pressure (a-v DO2) was unchanged. These results suggest that procaine does not interfere the balance between O2d and VO2.
