摘要
在新的形势下,边防部队基层工作必然会出现新的问题、出现新的变化。要加强边防部队建设,履行好边防部队的使命,必须认真研究新形势下的新问题,采取恰当的对策,切实做好边防部队的基层工作。
It is natural that some problems arise at border-control units at the ground level at present. To strengthen the construction of military units and perform their commitments, these problems have to be studied carefully and proper measures adopted.
