非去极化肌松药对血组胺、儿茶酚胺浓度的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Non-depolarizing Muscle Relaxants on Blood Histamine and Catecholamine Levels

摘要 观察24例拟行心脏手术的成年患者使用潘可罗宁(0.175mg/kg)、卡肌宁(0.5mg/kg)和万可罗宁(0.125mg/kg)后血组胺、儿茶酚胺浓度及心率、血压的变化。结果:潘可罗宁组去甲肾上腺素略有升高,心率、血压则升高明显。卡肌宁组组胺浓度增加显著,同期心率增快、血压下降,组胺的升高同血压的下降呈现负相关。万可罗宁组组胺、儿茶酚胺变化不大,且心率、血压保持平稳。 24 patients undergoing heart surgery anesthetized with fentanyl were randomly assigned to three groups,received pancuronium 0. 175mg/kg, atracurium 0. 5mg/kg or vecuromium 0. 125mg/kg respectively. The effects of three drugs on the levels of blood histamine and catecholamine was examined. The HR and MAP were also recorded at the same time. The results show that in the pancuronium group there was a slight increase in noraderenaline. The HR and MAP increased significantly. Atracurium increased histamine levels (P<0. 05) ,and produced a significant increase in HR and decrease in MAP. There was a negative correlation between the decrease of MAP and increase of histamine levels. No obvious changes of catecholamine and histamine concentration were found in vecuro-nium group.
