肺癌组织与癌旁组织红外光谱的比较与分析

摘要 目的肺癌组织与癌旁组织红外光谱的比较与分析。方法应用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,采集肺癌及癌旁正常组织粉末样品红外光谱,进行比较与分析。结果肺癌组织和癌旁正常组织的红外光谱表现出较大的差异性:1536cm-1处蛋白质酰胺Ⅱ带和1169cm-1处蛋白质分子COH伸缩振动谱带在肺癌组织中向高波数频移;肺癌组织中核酸分子磷酸二脂基团PO-2的对称伸缩振动的相对吸收强度明显增强;正常组织中脂类分子弯曲振动谱带吸收峰相对强度明显强于甲基变角振动谱带的相对强度,而在肺癌组织中这两处吸收峰的相对强度大小基本相等。结论傅里叶变换红外光谱法可以用于对良、恶性肺部组织进行鉴别诊断,有望发展成为肺癌快速诊断的一种新方法。 Objective To analyse the tissues of lung cancer by FTIR spectroscopy. Methods Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was applied to the study of the powder of cancerous tissues and normal tissues near lung cancer. Results Significant differences were seen in the FTIR spectra between the normal and malignant pulmonic tissues:the peak at 1536cm^-1 and 1 169cm^-1 shifted to long wavenumber in cancer tissues;the relative intensity of the stretch vibration of PO2^- in phosphodiester group was obvioulsy strong;the relative intensity of deformed vibration of the adipose molecule and the deoxyribose vibration of CH3 were higher in normal tissues. Conclusion FTIR can be a new method of diagnosing lung cancer in clinical practice.
