自制骨片复位器治疗胸腰段骨折

Self- made flake restorer cure fracture of aterrlal vertebra

目的探讨后路推管减压，用自制的骨片复位器将突出椎管内的骨片推压复位，恢复伤椎原来的高度。方法回顾分析1993．3—2005．3对39例胸、腰段骨折采用后路减压、术中牵引、推压突出椎管内压迫脊髓、硬膜囊抽有片，使之复位，解除压迫、恢复脊柱、脊髓功能，用短节段Lugue棒固定。男23例，女6例，年龄21-52岁，平均35岁，骨折伴脊柱脱位5例，并发截瘫28例。结果39例伤者中5例术后5月后失随访，其余33例平均随访时间为25月（13—26月）脊柱保持较好稳定性，伤椎保持复位的高度30例，截瘫恢复、改善23例。结论后路减压损伤少，通过术中牵引，用自制的骨片复位器可达复位目的，短路段Lugue棒固定对脊柱活动无明显影响，部份截瘫得到恢复。

Objective To investigate the decompression of the back part of canalis spinalis, serf - made bone flake repository is used to press and restore the protuberant bone flake lying in the canalis spinalis. The short Luque Stick is used to fix the bone flack and make it recover the original height. Methods From March 1993 to March 2005,39 cases of fracture of chest and vertebra were adopted with back part decompression sternal vertebra. During the surgeries, we towed and pressed the protuberant subdural bone flake lying in the oppressing spinal cord of the canalis fracture. And then we used the short one of the Luque Stick to fix it. There were 33 male patients and 6 female patients ,who were at the age between 21 and 52. There were 5 cases with spinal column dislocation in the fracture part and 28 with paraplegia at the same time. Results 5 caese were lost after may and other 33 were followed up about 25 months on average. （ 13 to 26 months）. There were 30 cases with the fine stability of the spinal column and the unchangable height of the wounded acanthi after the restoration, and 23 with the restoration and amelioration of paraplegia. Conclusion The back part decompression hurts slightly. Through the traction and the use of self- made bone flake restorer. The fraction can be restored. Short one of the Luque Stick have little effects on the sports of spinel column and some parts of paraplegia con be restored.
