摘要
用小剂量（１ｍg／ｋg）ＨgＣｌ_２给小鼠多次染毒后，饲养１个月，对体重、繁殖未见明显影响。但作迷宫试验，实验组在染毒期内行走时间延长，与对照组比，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）．而停止染毒１０６后，实验组在迷富中行走时间恢复正常，与对照组比，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明小剂量ＨｇＣｌ２对行为有影响，并有剂量－反应关系。
Mercuric chloride in small dose were given to the experimental mice,no effect on body-weightand fertility were seen in dose<1 mg/kg, But the time for the experimental animals to pass the maze wasmuch longer than that of the controls(P<0.05),and the animals returned normal,10 days after the end ofmedication. The intensity of the effect is relative the dose given.
