中大量胸腔积液抽液前后心电图改变（附26例临床分析）

Changes on Electrocardiagram in Patients with Large Amount of Pleural Fluid before and after Tapping

本文对２６例中大量胸腔积液抽液前后心电图改变进行了观察。其结果，抽液前后平均心率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而单纯左侧胸腔积液平均心率变化无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；抽液前后平均心电轴无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而单纯左侧胸腔积液平均心电轴有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；抽液前后Ｒｖ５无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而单纯左侧胸腔积液ＲＶ５有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。５例老年患者的心电图改变与中青年患者心电图改变相同。

Changes on EKG in 26 cases with large amount of pleural fluid before and after tapping were observed. The average rhythm of heart beats showed obvious difference(P<0.05), but there was no difference in the cases with pleural fluid on the left side only (P>0.05). The average axis of heart showed no difference before and after tapping(P>0. 05), but there was difference in the cases with pleural fluid on the left side only(P<0. 05). RV5 showed no change before and after tapping(P>0.05), but it showed changes in the cases with pleural fluid on the left side only(P<0. 05). The changes on EKG in old patients were just the same as those in the young.
