高血压病合并冠心病患者脉压差与冠脉病变程度的相关性研究

Study on dependability between pulse pressure and lesions of coronary artery in patients with hypertensive disease complicating coronary heart disease

目的探讨高血压病合并冠心病患者脉压差的高低与冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法回顾性分析165例合并冠心病的高血压病患者的脉压差并与冠状动脉造影结果进行比较,统计脉压差与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。结果多支病变患者脉压差明显高于双支病变及单支病变患者,且随冠脉病变支数的增加,脉压差有逐渐升高的趋势。结论合并冠心病的高血压病患者脉压差可反映冠脉病变的严重程度。

Objective To investigate the association between pulse pressure ano lesions of coronary artery m patients with hypertensive disease complicating coronary heart disease. Methods We reviewed pulse pressures of 165 cases with hypertensive disease complicating coronary heart disease,and compared with their results of coronary angiography,tried to find out the relationship between pulse pressures and lesions of coronary artery. Results Pulse pressure,s in multi-vessels disease group was the higher,than that of double-vessel group and that of the single vessel disease group. The more lesions of coronary artery had, the higher pulse pressure existed. Conclusion Levels of pulse pressure can indicate severity of coronary lesions in patients with hypertensive disease complicating coronary heart disease.
