成人腹股沟疝的个体化治疗

Treat adult inguinal hernia on the bases of the characteristics

目的探讨成人腹股沟疝的个体化治疗方法。方法对1 100例腹股沟疝患者分别采取传统及无张力疝修补术。结果传统疝修补术术后复发率为2.2%,无张力疝修补术术后复发率<1%。结论根据患者的具体情况采用个体化的治疗方案,才能使患者术后并发症降至低限。

Objective To study the treatment of adult inguinal hernia on the bases of the characteristics. Methods 1100 cases of adult inguinal hernia were treated with conventional repair and tension-free repair respectively. Result Recurrence rate of conventional repair was 2.2 %, whereas that of tension-free repair was less than 1% . Conclusion To treat inguinal hernia on the bases of the characteristics can reduce postoperative complications to a minimum.
