Exploring the Factors Influencing the Development of Supply Chain Management Mode

21世纪的竞争是供应链与供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理模式作为一种先进的管理模式,是对原有“纵向一体化”模式的替代。自供应链管理模式提出、运用以来极大地提高了企业的核心竞争力,但也遇到许多的阻碍因素。通过对信息不对称、权力控制、供应链风险三个主要阻碍因素进行剖析,并在此基础上阐述这些因素如何阻碍供应链上各节点企业之间的协同运作,最后提出供应链管理模式发展停滞的修正机制。

The competition in 21 century is the competition between supply chain and supply chain. The mode of the supply chain management is a kind of advanced management mode, which is the substitute of the lengthways integration. It has greatly enhanced the core competence, but encounter some barriers. Based on the explicitly analysis of the information dissymmetry, power control, the supply chain risks, which are the dominating factors cumbering the development of the supply chain mode, the paper explores how these factors influence the cooperations of the supply chain. Finally this paper has developed the amendatory mechanism of the stagnant growth management mode of the supply chain.
