摘要
目的:阐明分离球花牛奶菜中化学成分,为寻找其抗生育活性成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱层析,分离化学成分,应用水解及光谱分析方法确定各成分的化学结构,根据WHO规定的动物实验方法筛选抗生育活性成分。结果:球花牛奶菜地上部分的甲醇提取物对雌性SD大鼠妊娠中止率为60%,并分离鉴定了6个三萜化合物的化学结构。结论,球花牛奶菜具有明显抗生育活性。6个三萜化公物为首次由该植物中分得。活性成分尚在深入研究之中。
OBJECTIVE:To isolate the chemical constituents of Marsdenia globifera and to find the antifertility active compound of this plant. METHOD: The chemical constituents was isolated by silica gel column chromatography,and the structure was determined by using IR,NMR and MS analysis.The antifertility active compound was screened according to the guidelines of WHO. RESULTS:The methanol extracts of the aerial parts of Marsdeia globifera had 60%terminate pregnancy effect of femal SD rats.The structure of six triterpenes isolated was identified. CONCLUSION:Marsdenia globifera has antifertility effect.Six triterpenes are first isolated and the studies of antifertility active compounds from this plant are going on.
