摘要
通过分析新建地方性本科院校办学中存在的问题,以及科学发展观对解决这些问题的指导意义,阐述新建地方性本科院校在办学过程中应重点处理好的科学定位与坚持发展等10个关系。
The article analyses the existing problems in the school running of the newly-built local universities and the guiding significance of the scientific developing concept in solving the problems. It also elaborates the ten relationships that these universities should manage with efforts in their school running.
