摘要
福建沿海地区是民营企业发展较快、较好的地区,在全省经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位,但是,普遍存在的人力资源管理不规范,管理理念落后,管理方式陈旧,管理水平偏低的现象,严重地制约了企业的发展。本文在对其人力资源管理的现状和问题进行深入的调查研究的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
Private enterprises in coastal areas of Fujian are developed quickly, and occupy an important position in whole province. But, innormal management of human resources, backward managerial ideas, outmoded managerial mode, and lower managerial level are widespread existence,which restrict seriously the development of the enterprises. Based on deep investigation of the present situation and problems about the management of human resources,the article puts forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
