摘要
改革开放以来,中国公民的政治参与取得了前所未有的进步和发展,但是由于历史和现实的多种因素的影响,中国公民的政治参与存在着一定的不足和缺陷。只有充分认识政治参与中的问题,并寻求进一步的完善与发展的有效途径,才能真正发挥人民群众在社会主义民主政治建设中政治参与的作用,维护和实现人民群众当家作主的权利。
Political participation of Chinese citizens have made great improvement and development since China adopted reform and openness policy. Because of influence of many factors, such as history and reality, there are some disadvantages in the political participation of Chinese citizens. Only completely realize the disadvantages of it can we make further development, fully present the rights of citizens in democratic socialist construction,maintain and realize owner roles for citizens in a nation.
