摘要
家兔前房穿刺所致的血-房水屏障损伤,以荧光素作为示踪物质,用扫描型荧光光度计活体定量测定,快速准确。穿刺侧较对照侧房水荧光素浓度明显增加,其最高增加率为80%左右,可以反映出血-房水屏障的破坏程度。还讨论了血房水屏障的组织学基础和测定方法的进展,说明扫描型荧光光度测定法优于既往的其他测定方法。
By scanning fluorophotometer with trace fluorescein the quantitative measurement in vivo of disruption of blood-aqueous barrier after paracentesis of anterior chamber in rabbits was fast and exact. The fluorescein levels in paracentied anterior chamber were increasedmore obviously than those in the control group, the highest increase rate was approximately 80%, and this increase can show the severity of disruption of blood-aqueous barrier. In this article the histological basis of blood-aqueous barrier and development of the measurement of its function are discussed, and scanning fluorophotometry is better than the previous other measurement.
