摘要
应用遗传学原理及方法对中国汉族人群中５１例青少年牙周炎（简称ＪＰ）及其家属患病情况进行遗传统计学分析，以确定ＪＰ的遗传方式。结果发现ＪＰ有明显的家族聚集性，发病以女性多见。遗传方式符合常染色体隐性遗传，与一些国外学者的报道相一致。表明我国汉族人群中ＪＰ发病的遗传因素同其它种族及地区的人群相似。同时认为ＪＰ有可能属于多因子遗传病。
Juvenile periodontitis (JP) patients (the Hans of China)and their relatives wereresearched by the statistics method in medical genetics.JP had significant familial aggregation and higher incidence of affected females in the study. The mode of inheritance according with autosomal recessive inheritance was the same as that reported by some foreign scholars. This suggests that genetic is predisposition of JP patients in Chinese Hans is similar to that of JP patients in other nations and regions. And our study showed that JP might be of multifactoral inheritance also.
