摘要
该文以 N,N-双(2-氨基苯基)草酸二酰胺合铜(Ⅱ)[Cu(Ⅱ)-BAPO]为中性载体,制备了一种对硫氰酸根(SCN^-)具有优良的电位响应特性并呈现出反 Hofmeister 选择性行为的离子电极,其选择性次序为:SCN^->ClO_4^->I^->SM^->NO_3^->Cl^->NO_2^->CH_3COO^->SO_4^(2-)>F^->PO_4^(3-)。该电极在 pH=5.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中具有最佳的电位响应,在1.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-1)mol/L SCN^-浓度范围呈近能斯特响应,斜率为-67.5 mV/pSCN^-(25℃),检测下限为4.0×10^(-6)mol/L。采用紫外光谱分析技术研究了配合物中心金属原子以及配合物本身的结构对电极电位响应行为的作用机理。将该电极用于废水分析,结果令人满意。
A new selective thiocyanate PVC membrane electrode based on N, N - Bis (2 - Amino Phenyl) Oxamide Coordinetion with Copper( Ⅱ ) [Cu( Ⅱ ) -BAPO] as neutral carrier has been developed, which displays an anti- Hofmeister selectivity sequence in following order: SCN^- 〉 ClO4^- 〉 I^- 〉 Sal^- 〉 NO3^- 〉 Cl^- 〉 NO2^- 〉 CH3COO^- 〉 SO4^2- 〉 F^- 〉 PO4^3 -. The electrode exhibits Nernstian potential linear range to thiocyanate from 1.0 × 10^-5 to 1.0 × 10^-1 mol/L with a detection limit 4. 0 × 10^-4 mol/L and a slope of - 67. 5 mV/dec in pH5.0 of phosphorate buffer solution at 25 ℃. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the UV spectroscopy technique. The electrode based on [Cu( Ⅱ) - BAPO] compound was used to determine the thiocyanate content in waste water with satisfactory results.
