摘要
分析了衡量冷轧钢板和毛化轧辊的主要表面形貌参数,通过实验研究了电火花加工参数对表面形貌的影响,并建立表面特征参数与电加工参数的关系模型。由于实验材料和实验方法与实际轧辊电火花毛化基本相同,所以所得结果对轧辊表面毛化技术的研究具有实际意义,可以用于轧辊毛化过程的表面形貌预测和控制。
The surface topography characteristic of cold rolled sheet and textured roll is analyzed. By experiment the effect of EDT parameters on the topography of textured surface is studied, and the relationship between surface topography and EDT parameters is put forward. The result of the experiment is significant on the study of EDT, and can be used to predict and control the surface topography of textured roll, for that the material and means of the experiment axe corresponding to the fact.
