摘要
以1700热轧带钢厂粗轧机组为对象,在轧制不同材质和规格带钢现场试验的基础上,找出了粗轧机组的薄弱环节和在轧制不同钢种时现行的负荷分配方案存在的问题。针对这些问题,根据各架轧机实际承载能力提出了粗轧机组负荷分配的改进方案,保证了轧钢生产的顺利进行。
Taken roughing mill of the 1700mm hot strip mill plant as the object investigated, weakness of the roughing mill and existing problems of load distribution are found out based on field test of rolling different matetial and gauge strip. Concerned with those problems, improvement scheme of load distribution for the roughing mill are presented according to actual carrying capacity of each rolling mills to ensure steel rolling production goes on smoothly.
