高线轧机机械传动系统典型故障解析

Analysis on the Time-Frequency Characteristic of the Typical Fault in the Gear Box of the High Speed Wire Rolling Mill

摘要 高速线材轧机由于转速较高,其机械传动系统易出现突发故障。由于该类齿轮箱的结构特点及故障类型的差异性,采用时域分析和频谱分析的适应性有所差异。通过实测数据的分析表明,轴承类故障对于高阶的时域分析指标异常敏感,而在常见的齿轮箱故障中,转轴类零部件故障的识别和判断难度相对较高。 As the rolling speed of the high speed wire roiling mills is very high, the accidental fault is very easy to come out on the transmission parts. The fault diagnosis on the high wire roiling mills must be carried out considering the structure of the equipments. For different kinds of faults, the adaptability of the analysis on the time and frequency domain is also different. The results of the analysis on the measuring data indicated that the fault of the bearings is sensitive to the time analysis index. On the other hand, the recognition and judgement of the faults of the spindles are difficult comoaring with the other twoes.
