摘要
斗轮机是钢铁厂原料场的重要设备,通过对原有斗轮机传送带张紧系统工作原理进行分析,设计出一套合理液压自动控制的张紧装置,对其实施技术改造,达到完满的效果。
Bucket wheel stacker plays important role in material stack of steel manufacturer. Through theoretical analysis to old bucket wheel stacker conveying belt tensile system, a hydraulic and automatic tension controller is designed which is more reasonable than before designed, satisfied results to the technical reform scheme have been achieved.
