内镜腹腔镜联合治疗胆囊、胆总管结石的围手术期护理

Perioperation nursing of patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis by endoscopic sphincterotomy combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨内镜腹腔镜联合治疗胆囊、胆总管结石的围手术期护理方法。方法:回顾研究119例经内镜十二指肠乳头肌切开术(EST)联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗胆囊、胆总管结石的临床资料,分析围手术期护理要点。结果:患者术后恢复良好,未发生其他并发症。结论:加强围手术期护理,对提高疗效有重要的作用。

Objective ： To explore methods of perioperative nursing of patients with choleeystolithiasis and eholedocholithiasis by endoscopic sphincterotomy combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： Retrospective study was made on 119 eases according to clinical data of eholeeystolithiasis and eholedoeholithiasis by EST combined with LC, and main points of perioperation nursing was analyzed. Results ： Patients recovered well and no occurrence of complications. Conclusion： Strengthened perioperative nursing care play an important role in increasing effectiveness of the treatment.
