Cooperation and nursing in the placement of intestinal feeding tube with gastroscope

目的:探讨胃镜引导下放置空肠营养管的配合及术后护理。方法:营养管放置前做好充分的准备,术中配合良好,术后注意营养管的固定及营养液的配制、灌注等。结果:56例患者放置过程顺利,无并发症出现。结论:空肠放置营养管安全、快捷、简单,加强围术期护理,密切观察病情,提高插管成功率,减少术后并发症,能大大地减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective： To discuss the cooperation and postoperative nursing in the placement of intestinal feeding tube with gastroscope. Methods ： Full preoperative preparation and in - operative cooperation were made, and the fixation of feeding tube and the preparation and peffusion of nutrient solution were paid attention to. Results： Placement of feeding tube in 56 patients was successful and no occurrence of complications. Conclusion： Placement of intestinal feeding tube to jejunum is safe, quick and simple and suitable for perioperative nursing of patients in critical conditions. Close observation is helpful to relieving patient＇s pain and reduce the occurrence of complications.
