“伢典”祛腐与车针祛腐在2~5岁幼儿深龋充填处置中活髓保存的临床效果分析

摘要 目的评价使用“伢典”(carisolv)化学机械法微创治疗新技术,用于接近露髓或已有穿髓点的深龋乳齿的效果分析。方法选取100颗患有深龋并接近髓腔的乳磨牙,分为“伢典”祛腐和传统车针祛腐。两组各有50例患牙,去除腐质后,护髓剂(dycal)直接盖髓或间接盖髓,玻璃离子水门汀一次性填充。结果使用“伢典”化学微创祛腐技术,可以彻底祛除患牙腐质,不震荡和污染牙髓,具有微创性,减少并发症,对穿髓点和软组织无刺激性和毒副作用。术后1个月至1年内随诊观察,发现活髓保存成功48例,成功率96%;传统车针祛腐法活髓保存成功42例,成功率88%。结论(1)“伢典”化学微创祛腐保髓成功率明显高于车针祛腐保髓成功率;(2)化学微创祛腐在治疗中无痛,微创、祛腐干净,对黏膜(软组织)无刺激;(3)更有效地保存活髓,使后继恒牙发育正常。
