摘要
采用钢瓦作为水平辊道式钢化炉热平衡介质,实现了均匀加热,并对加热元件有保护作用。使用钢瓦热平衡发明专利制造的水平钢化机组具有实用性和先进性。该机组成功生产出了12m×2．7m超大规格的钢化玻璃。
Homogeneously heating can be obtained by employing the steel tiles as thermal balance medium in horizontal roller track style tempering oven and the steel tile can also act as a protector of heating element. This horizontal tempering set is characterized by its practicability and lead-ship in the tempering industry . The super-large size glass （ 12m× 2.7m） has been successfully tempered by this set .
