大鼠的条件性味觉厌恶对其他个体食物选择的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:为了探讨中毒大鼠对其他个体食物选择的影响,本实验用成年雄性SD大鼠25只,分为对照组、条件性味觉厌恶(CTA)组和3个观察组,其中观察1组观察CTA建立和测试全过程,观察2组仅观察CTA建立过程,观察3组仅观察CTA测试过程。以摄取糖精溶液为条件刺激,腹腔注射LiCl为无条件刺激,让CTA组大鼠获得对糖精的CTA,然后观察其他组的糖精嗜好性变化。结果:CTA组、观察1组和观察3组的糖精嗜好比均显著小于对照组;观察2组与对照组之间无显著差异。提示大鼠中毒后的味觉嗜好行为是影响其他个体的食物选择的重要因素。 To explore the influences of poisoned rat on food selection of companion, in present study, twenty- five adult male Spragne-Dawley rats were divided into five groups: the control group, the conditioned taste avertion (CTA) group, the observing CTA whole process group (O1 group), the only observing CTA establishment group (O2 group) and the only observing CTA test group (O3 group). The CTA group was made to acquire the CTA by injecting LiC1 intraperitoneally after ingestion of 0.1% saccharin. The changes of preference of saccharin in other groups were examined. The results showed that the percentage of preference of saccharin in the CTA group, the O1 group and O3 group were significant lower than the control group, whereas there was no significant difference between control and O2 group. These data suggested that taste preference of poisoned rat is an important factor affected food selection of other rats.
