贵州省赫章县松林乡一起麻疹爆发的调查

Investigation of A Measles Outbreak in Songlin Township,Hezhang County,Guizhou Province

目的:2004年3月至4月,赫章县松林乡小薯块村发生麻疹病例84人,罹患率为6.31%。在疫点内采集现症病人血标本10份,经实验室检测8份麻疹特异性IgM抗体为阳性。导致爆发的原因是基层不能及时报告疫情,村医生的报酬不落实(积极性不高)导致麻疹疫苗接种率低。

There was an outbreak of measles in Xiaoshukuai village, Songlin township, Hezhang county, Guizhou Province with 84 eases from March to April. Among the 10 serum samples collected from patients, 8 were measles anti-IgM positive （80 %）. The reasons of this outbreak we believed were the delay of information reported and the low coverage rate of measles vaccine due to the poor payments to the village doctors for EPI.
